Disclaimer: The Novel Writer's Prompt Toolkit generates AI prompts designed to assist writers in building story structures and outlines. Results vary based on the AI platform used, user inputs, and individual story complexity. We make no guarantee that use of these prompts will result in a completed or published novel. All AI-generated content is the responsibility of the user. This product is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI platform.
By accessing or using any Rebellion Press website, or by purchasing any product offered at rebellion.press or its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. What This Product Is
The Novel Writer's Prompt Toolkit is a digital product that guides you through a structured wizard to collect details about your story — genre, characters, tone, themes, and structure — and produces a custom AI prompt designed for use with a third-party AI platform of your choice.
We sell a prompt. Not a finished novel, not ongoing writing assistance, and not a guaranteed output from any AI platform. What an AI platform produces in response to our prompt is entirely outside our control and is governed by that platform's own capabilities, policies, and terms.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By purchasing or using our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the required parental or guardian consent where applicable law demands it), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not prohibited from accessing our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Purchases and Delivery
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Purchased products are delivered digitally, typically via email, immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed.
All prices are listed in USD. Rebellion Press reserves the right to change pricing at any time; price changes do not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and are made accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after delivery. If a technical failure prevents delivery of your purchased product, contact us at noreply@rebellion.press and we will make it right.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our prompts are designed to give AI platforms the specific story information they need to generate a useful novel outline. However, results vary based on the AI platform used, your inputs, your story's complexity, and factors entirely outside our control.
We make no guarantee — express or implied — that use of our prompts will result in a complete outline, a satisfactory result, a finished draft, or a published novel. The quality and usefulness of any AI-generated output depends on the platform you use and the information you provide.
6. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility
All content generated by a third-party AI platform in response to our prompts is the sole responsibility of the user. Rebellion Press is not liable for the accuracy, quality, originality, tone, or any other characteristic of content produced by any AI platform.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it for any purpose — personal, commercial, or otherwise — and for ensuring that your use of that content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the AI platform you use.
7. No Affiliation with AI Platforms
This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI platform or company. References to those platforms are descriptive only — to indicate compatibility — and do not imply any partnership or approval.
8. Intellectual Property
The content of our websites — including text, design, wizard structure, question sets, prompt architecture, and underlying code — is owned by Rebellion Press and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or resell any portion of our products or site content without written permission.
The custom prompt generated for you through our wizard is yours to use for personal creative purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense it as a standalone product or as part of a competing service.
9. Prohibited Uses
When using our products and sites, you agree not to:
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our wizard logic or question architecture
- Resell or redistribute our prompts or digital products as your own
- Submit content through our wizards that infringes on third-party intellectual property or that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or harassing
- Use automated means to access, scrape, or interact with our sites
10. Third-Party Services
Our products depend on third-party services to operate. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI prompt generation during the wizard session
- Zeptomail — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — website hosting and edge delivery
Rebellion Press accepts no responsibility for the behavior, availability, or policies of any third-party service.
11. No Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any prompt will produce any specific result on any AI platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebellion Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services — including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, creative disappointment, or the failure of any AI platform to produce a desired result.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
