Rebellion Press ("we," "us," or "our") operates the websites at rebellion.press and its subdomains, including the prompt wizard applications available at those subdomains. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you purchase a product through one of our prompt wizard applications, we collect the following through Stripe's checkout process:
- Your email address
- Your name and billing address (collected by Stripe for payment processing)
When you use a prompt wizard, you enter story details, creative answers, and other information relevant to the prompt being generated. This content is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your custom prompt and is not stored by us.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on our sites.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your payment and confirm your purchase via Stripe
- To deliver your purchased prompt files by email
- To send transactional email related to your order (no marketing email)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our applications rely on the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs any data you submit at checkout.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI prompt generation. Your wizard answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your prompt. Anthropic's privacy policy governs that data.
- Zeptomail — transactional email delivery for order confirmations and prompt delivery.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and edge delivery. Cloudflare may process request metadata as part of normal operation.
Data Retention
We retain your email address only as long as necessary to support your purchase and for any legally required record-keeping. We do not retain the creative content you enter into our wizards beyond the duration of your session.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
